Cancellation Policy

 

Our cancellation policy has been created due to the increased demand for available camper space and to ensure fairness to all who wish to attend Camp Meraki. We understand that things come up and you may need to cancel. We hope this does not occur, but to do so, please call or email us with this information at info@campmeraki.com.

Payment Info

$200 deposit per child is due at the time of registration in order to secure your camper's spot in camp.  This is a non-refundable deposit barring medical issues (see below).

Refund Policy

  • $200 Deposit is not refundable or transferable at any time unless it is a medical reason (must have written explanation from Doctor).

  • If you cancel with more than 60 days till the session start date, then you will receive all money paid EXCEPT $200 deposit fee along with a $25 administrative fee.

  • 30-45 days until the session start date, 50% refund

  • 2 weeks prior to start of camp session = NO REFUND

Medical Cancellations

We understand that medical issues may arise over the summer or just as your child is set to attend camp.  Please call us as soon as possible to inform us of your need to cancel.  We will ask that you submit a written letter, regarding your withdrawal, from your child's physician.
